Old Mobile Phones!
We are collecting old mobile phones for local children with learning difficulties. The first child we are collecting phones for is an autistic child, Rachel O’Leary (aged 11). 150 phones will get an autistic child an IPAD which is proven to encourage communication development and interaction.
If you have any mobile phones we would be grateful if you could give them to a committee member. If you would like your child's name added to our list just let us know.
Kids Club 
The Kids Club is available to both girls and boys who attend Junior Infants, Senior Infants and 1st Class. It is a fun filled session with plenty of ball games to develop the skills required for competitive soccer in the future with Rosslare Rangers. Details of the times of the Kids Club will be given out in the schools over the coming weeks.This facility is available thanks to sponsorship received from Stena Line. We would like to thank Stena Line for all their support in previous years and hopefully in the future. Much Appreciated.
Membership Fees:
Membership fees for Rosslare Rangers Schoolboys will remain the same for the new 2011/2012 Season.

For your convenience and ease we are holding a series of membership mornings/evenings to facilitate payment of all membership fees.

The Membership Form and Photograph consent form should be read thoroughly and returned duly completed with the required signature of player and parent/guardian together with the appropriate fee on the above dates or to Club Secretary/Treasurer.
Receipts will issue for all monies received
On return of said Membership Form and appropriate fee player and parent are deemed to have signed up to both Players Code of Conduct and Parents Code of Conduct. (Codes are available to read on our website www.rosslarerangersschoolboys.ie and will also be available to read on registration nights).
Subs payments:
Subs fees will also remain the same for the coming season. €10 per month per family.
Team Managers will no longer collect subs. Payment of €10 per month per family will be payable on the first Wednesday/Thursday of each month to Secretary/Treasurer at the Clubhouse between 6pm and 7pm. Receipts will be issued.
Rangers Schoolboys operate a strict no pay no play policy.
Contact with Team Manager:
Coaches and managers are parents like yourselves, who voluntarily give their time free of charge and at actual cost to themselves (they part pay for all coaching courses, all club gear and travel to and from matches). Some of our coaches suffered continuous interference and abuse from some parents last season, and this behaviour will not be tolerated this season.
Team coaches/ managers, in conjunction with our coaching consultant Jack Stafford, shall be responsible for managing the affairs of each individual team. There will be strict guidelines for parents in their access and approach to coaches/ managers. Parents should not approach coaches at will; both training sessions and matches are both limited and invaluable time for manager/team communication/coaching and should not be consumed with personal matters.
Team selection is the sole decision of each team manager/coach and parents are not allowed to influence or interfere with any choices/decisions made on the playing field.
Club gear:
This year all club gear including shorts and socks will be available by completing an order form. These forms are also available from our notice board just located on the left wall inside the clubhouse. As soon as your order is available you will be contacted for payment and your new gear along with a payment receipt will be issued.
Website:
We have been working on the development of a website since last October and are delighted to announce that we intend to use the website to communicate all our news and events, match information, meeting times and places for matches, results etc. We urge all parents and members to make themselves familiar with our website and save it to your favourites!!!
Medical Insurance:
Rosslare Rangers Schoolboys membership also includes medical insurance.
It is essential that all Parents/Guardians understand that your child is ONLY covered by the insurance policy once membership fee has been paid in full.
Child Protection / Liaison Officer:
Our Child Protection Officer is Sarah Hyland. In line with F.A.I. guidelines any new volunteers/coaches coming on board this year will be vetted in accordance with all strict F.A.I. rules and regulations.
